I am sharing my genuine feedback about bike and this service center.
About bike : ( C12 imax)
Positive :
1. Same like petrol bike experience and rigid body
2. Good mileage ( solid 100 km - single person /normal mode 90 percent )even after 14.5k
3. Good ergonomics , no pain
Negative :
1. Average suspension and brake
2. Low turning radius and bit heavy
Males can buy this bike for daily use, trust worthy brand. I spent 5k on 12k km to change cluster suddenly it stopped working which is the only disadvantage so far. I have completed around 15k km.
About service center :
There is a north indian person who is main service. It's much appreciated that he learnt tamil now and speaks seemlessly and most of the time he speak politely and respectfully. Here service cost is low just 650 compare to others. But for service u have to plan early else they ll deliver next day only which is one disadvantage.
Overall I will recommend Kothari ev bikes for buying bike also their bike quotation is less than other dealers.
