⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently purchased a BGAUSS electric scooter from the Tirupati store. Overall, I would rate my experience around 8.5/10.
The first thing I really liked about the scooter is the look and design — 10/10. It looks stylish and premium, and I feel it is especially suitable for family use. In terms of performance, I would give it around 9/10. It is comfortable for normal day-to-day riding and is better suited for people who prefer a smooth and relaxed ride rather than aggressive riding.
I would like to specially mention Ms. Sravya, the Manager. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the purchase process. I had some difficulties with the finance process, but she personally helped me, followed up with the concerned people and made sure the amount was processed. I really appreciate the effort she took to resolve the issue.
My only suggestion for anyone planning to buy the scooter is to check the finance details carefully — especially the sanctioned amount, final disbursal amount, processing charges and all the documents — before completing the purchase. It is better to clarify everything with the finance team beforehand.
Apart from that, I am happy with the purchase. For someone looking for a good-looking, comfortable and family-friendly electric scooter, I would definitely recommend considering BGAUSS.
Special thanks to Ms. Sravya for her support and cooperation. 👍
